Nous sommes descendus récemment au Regency Suites et avons été très impressionnés. L’hôtel est juste en face d’une station du MARTA ce qui facilite les trajets pour l’aéroport et dans la ville. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et sympathique. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très propre et l’hôtel offrait gracieusement un petit déjeuner continental, des journaux, et l’accès internet. On entend un peu le bruit de la circulation, mais cela n’empêche pas de dormir. Dans l’ensemble, c’était un bon choix et nous y retournerons sûrement la prochaine fois que nous irons à Atlanta.

Two colleagues and I stayed at this hotel on a recent business trip to Atlanta. We were doing a project for the city government, so they got us the government rate which was excellent. I was a bit wary because even without the government discount the prices were lower than other hotels in the area. But I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are nicely decorated and big. Each has a small kitchenette, large bedroom area with sofa, and good sized dressing area. They serve a complimentary continental breakfast as well as dinner. The breakfast is pretty standard and I didn't get to sample the dinner. The location was good for our purposes since it was walking distance from some good restaurants and a quick cab ride to the government offices we were working in. My only complaint was that the room door didn't block out light from the hallway so I had to line the bottom of the door with towels to keep light out. Great value, nice rooms.

Nothing that was promised us! I called the day prior to check in to verify our room (King Suite) and to ask for a champagne bucket and glasses. I had to leave a message regarding the bucket/glasses and asked specifically for a call back if the request could not be accommodated. When we checked in, we were told there were no king rooms available and the manager would only say "they" should have told us rooms were offered on a first-come first-served basis only. When we asked about the bucket/glasses, the manager said "they" should have called us back to tell us they didn't have champagne buckets and glasses. Noone bothered to find offer any kind of help. We found another hotel room and left! Absolutely no customer service!!! Will definately not book here again. By the way--parking is absolutely horrendous! Tiny underground spaces with no room to maneuver.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are much larger then the standard Holiday Inn and that class of hotel. My room had a kitchenette. I believe all the rooms have them. I had to unplug the refrigerator because the motor was so noisy. The room was clean but far from spotless. The only major complaint I had with his hotel is the staff. When checking in they did not make you feel welcome. If seemed to be a bother when they checked us in. There are 3 computers in the lobby. On Saturday when I came down to use a computer one of the 2 computers were being used janitors. I would go back though.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. the only thing we didn't like was the noise from the room next to ours but that's not the fault of the hotel.
