I think your staff needs a strong refresher on quality customer service. it takes more muscles to frown than to smile and i think they've forgotten that. i use to spend all of my working late nites at your hotel until they kept putting me in the handicapped room. i am not handicapped and the room is awkard. As much business as i've given you and as much business as my company has brought your way, i should be treated like the queen i am.

The maids knocked on our door about 10:30 we told them we were checking out at noon and to come back Than about 30 seconds later they knocked again and explained the one maid had to leave early i said so you want us to leave earlier and she said yes. I thought that was very unprofessional.
