Went with a party of school children. A very good value hotel. Basic but very clean, warm and comfortable. Loads of hot water. Friendly staff. Quiet, safe area but central and very close to a Metro station, so ideal for sight seeing. Restaurants, bars and supermarket close by. Will go there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights, location is great if you want to visit central paris as there is a metro station 5 min walking and the metro line takes you straight to the city centre. The room was clean and tidy but very basic, there were not any tea or coffee facilities and the shower lacked curtains but besides that it was clean an the staff was specially very helpful and nice, there are a few restaurants near it, including one Mcdonalds and there is a mini groceries store so if you dont want to waste money on restaurants you can buy things there like bread and cheese and make your own sandwiches, besides that there isn't anything special about the place.
