Nous avons séjourné trois jours au Donatello. Nous l'avions choisi en lisant les critiques de Trip Advisor (nous avions même annulé une première réservation pour opter pour celui-ci).

Aucune déception. Notre arrivée fut un peu mouvementée, car mon mari avait oublié son sac avec tous ses papiers dans le shuttle qui nous avait conduits à l'hôtel. En moins de temps qu'il faut pour le dire, le concierge avait réagi, contacté le shuttle et le sac était revenu.

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable. Les chambres sont grandes, calmes (demandez une chambre qui ne soit pas sur le même côté que le night club voisin, notre demande avait été satisfaite).

L'emplacement est très pratique, très près de Union Squire. Pour ceux qui veulent louer une voiture, les bureaux Hertz touchent l'hôtel. Bref, nous sommes très satisfaits.

Nous l'avons quitté hier. Ce n'était pas notre première fois et ce ne sera pas la dernière. Nous sommes des fans inconditionnels de cet hôtel ! Le service est impeccable, les chambres sont confortables et très spacieuses et la situation est parfaite. On a hâte d'y retourner !

Propre, spacieux, bien situé, du café dans la chambre, il y avait même un chaîne hifi dans la chambre en plus de la télé débile. Personnel courtois. Très bonne affaire.

The Donatello is a great hotel right in the middle of things in San Francisco. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. The hotel staff was wonderful!! From the valets, to the maids, to the Front Desk staff, we found them to be quite helpful and knowledgeable.
The room was quite large and comfortable. There is a great Club
Room upstairs with a large fireplace where you can sit and watch TV if you want to get out of your hotel room for a while, but we spent most of our time seeing all the sites around San Francisco. Lots to see there.

Well I was celebrating my birthday on the 12th and wanted to find a cheap hotel that was nice enough for 3 females in their 20's. I read the reviews of the Donatello and seemed like it was going to be a decent hotel. Once we arrived parking is 28 dollars but its in and out and valet! Which I really enjoyed. For one night stay we packed a lot of clothes, everyone was so friendly from the moment we got in we were all joking around while checking in. The staff was amazing. The hotel is in a great area, the club Ruby Skye is literally right across the street, its right there by Union Square and Market/Westfield Shopping Centre is right there as well a quick walk. Also i've requested top floor rooms before but no hotel has actually done it and the Donatello put us on the 9th floor out of 14. Way better than any other hotel. Plus the rooms were massive! It was just a King Bed with a pullout sofabed but there was tons of room. Bottom line it was amazing! Stay here! If it is a family even though the club is right there, with the windows closed we really didnt hear people talking or any loud music, of course your occasional horn honking and such but really not to loud.
