The renaissance hotel in agoura hills is a very pleasant, quiet, convenient and comfortable place to stay. anything you could ever want in a hotel was there - a very comfortable bed with very comfortable pillows (i usually take my own pillow to hotels, but didn't need it here), a restaurant, a bar, a convenience store - anything you could ask for including the peace and quiet and cleanliness a hotel should have. i enjoyed my stay there very much and will use them again should i find it a necessity to stay overnight in that area.

Chaque année, la conférence GACTE se tient ici et ils font un travail remarquable en ce qui concerne la nourriture, les formalités, le ménage, etc. Quelques griefs… Une plaque de plafond est tombée sur un professeur. Elle a été éclaboussée par les écoulements d’eau ainsi que tous ceux qui se trouvaient autour… Le dimanche, la musique qui accompagnait le brunch était si forte que l’on pouvait l’entendre du 10ème étage, même avec les portes fermées… La piscine en plein air était fermée. Il ne restait qu’un petit bassin d’1 mètre de profondeur qui était pris d’assaut. Ils sont vraiment compétents dans l’organisation d’une conférence, mais il faut qu’ils améliorent la maintenance. Je reviendrai l’été prochain.

L’hôtel dans son ensemble est super. La vue depuis la chambre était incroyable. Bon rapport qualité-prix et bien situé. Tout était propre et le personnel était avenant. Ils organisaient un grand buffet le samedi (30$ par personne) accompagné d’une musique en live qui jouait juste un peu trop fort. Juste en face, au centre commercial Cumberland, on trouve Maggios, Cheesecake Factory, Ted's Montana Grill, PF Changs et quelques autres. Avant, on avait du mal a trouver des restaurants dans le quartier, mais ce n'est plus le cas.

Having stayed at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel several times 3 and 4 years ago, I was looking forward to staying there again on a stop in Atlanta. Once again I was greeted by the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, including those at the front desk, concierge, and breakfast staff. The hotel is very well maintained, and was tastefully decorated for the holidays. The rooms are spacious and the beds are some of the best I've slept on in a hotel. They were covered in what seemed like a dozen different pillows. The TV is starting to seem a little dated, especially as more and more upper-range hotels are getting flat panels. The breakfast buffet was $14 and was very good with items including grits, eggs, pancakes, potatoes, and a omelet bar. The hotel is connected to the Galleria Mall, and has several covered walkways over to the Cumberland Mall. The 14 floor atrium offers a relaxing atmosphere, as long as there isn't a rowdy convention going on. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to spend a cold December afternoon. I will deffenately stay here again.

Stayed on a business trip for two nights. Parking is free as long as you park yourself. There is valet parking though. Fron desk EXTREMELY efficient, i was checked in in under 3 minutes. Room - adequate, nothing special, just like any other somewhat upscale hotel room. Has a very comfortable bed, desk, a rather old TV, but it worked just fine. For some weird reason I was not able to connect to wireless internet (it would not detect my room number), so the front desk gave me a code to punch in, and the internet ended up to be free. Cofee shop downstairs - very nice touch, and very friendly service. Overall, a reasonable business oriented hotel.

Je suis descendu ici pour être près de l’aéroport car j’avais un avion tôt le lendemain matin. Il est super bien situé pour ça et j’ai été très agréablement surpris par les chambres. Le lit était génial. C’était vraiment une chambre très confortable. J’étais à l’étage executive. La machine à capuccino du salon executive était super pour se réveiller le matin.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, à l’aller comme au retour, à l’occasion d’un voyage à l’étranger, à Noël. Les chambres sont vraiment très belles – lits confortables, grandes télés, super décoration, belle salle de bains, serviettes, savons et shampoings. Le service de chambre est très bien aussi, ils tiennent les délais et les repas sont chauds. Le personnel de la réception était très aimable. Nous avons dîné au restaurant italien un soir et la nourriture comme le service étaient excellent.

I recently stayed for one night at the Hilton Atlanta Airport. Booked it since it was really close to Hartsfield (right next door) and has a free shuttle to the terminal. I got in to Atlanta early and even though it was barely noon, thought I would at swing by to have them store my overnight and then freshen up for a meeting. When I arrived, they said storing the luggage would be no problem, but before the desk clerk took my bag he asked to wait a minute while he checked on something. Turns out, they had a room ready and I could check in rather than leave the bag if I wanted (even better). So, a quick check in of a minute or two and I'm upstairs in the room. The hotel looks very nice from the lobby to the rooms - clean and well appointed. I dropped the bag, washed up, and was off to my meeting. I didn't return until well after 10PM that night. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. As I came in that evening, I shared the elevator with someone who turned out to be my neighboor. Never heard him. Never heard anything, actually, and slept like a log in a very nice bed. Next morning, I was up and getting ready when I looked out the window to see that my room faced the airport and a set of runways that were very much active. One plane was landing and another was taking off the whole time I was sleeping and getting ready that morning and I never heard it. Great! I used the automated check-out and was downstairs for the quick free shuttle to the airport. In all, an excellent stay, albeit a short one. Everything was clean and nice, the staff were helpful, and the location next to the airport (along with a short hop to downtown Atlanta) makes this a great choice.

Flight late into Atlanta, stuck overnight. Hilton had rooms available. Long wait for shuttle at Airport - a real mob scene. Quick check-in, very friendly and helpful front desk and assistance with luggage. Room was large and very nice. Had room service - very tasty food, kitchen modified several items with no problem. Shuttle in am was much easier.

Nous sommes descendus deux années d’affilée dans cet hôtel ! Le service était GENIAL ! Le personnel est si sympathique ! C’est extra de retrouver tant de visages familiers parmi le personnel ! Ils ont tous l’air d’être des employés épanouis ! Notre chambre était formidable ! Les draps et les oreillers étaient merveilleux. Il y avait un Starbucks dans le hall ! Le restaurant Lenox Grill buffet était super. Nous y retournerons l’année prochaine.

We stayed at the Mariott Buckhead-Atlanta this summer for a couple of days while my son was attending camp. Let me first say that all aspects of this hotel was wonderful. During that week it was also my son's birthday. Let me first say that our room was very nice, even though it was the standard room. We had beautiful, very fluffy down comforters and nice pillows on the bed. My two boys were very impressed with the room and the robes, and the toiletries were very nice. The staff was the nicest I have ever experienced. The staff went to the trouble of having a birthday cake baked for my son, decorated it beautifully, brought us bottled water, plates, forks, etc. My son was thrilled. We also enjoyed the spa and the indoor pool. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. What a great staff and wonderful hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to downtown Atlanta!

I stayed in this hotel for work the week of December 17th. The location is attached to Lennox Square mall so it was very convenient to get some last minute Christmas shopping in without having the hassle of driving to/from malls. The hotel is located across the street from Lennox MARTA station and couldn't be easier to get to from the Airport, however it's pretty much a car-kinda-town so unless you plan to be in one location . .I'd drive. The hotel itself was nice with good public rooms and the rooms themself were standard Marriott / Renaissance style. The bedding and bathrooms were good also -- always nice to have a freestanding shower in the bathroom. The only peeve I have really is to be charged for internet connection. In this day -- especially with lower category Marriott brands like Courtyard / Fairfield Inn / Residence Inn not only charging lower but offering free internet -- it's bothersome. Nearby and walkable are plenty of restaurants both inside the mall and along the perimeter so there's no want for eating. I didn't try the hotel restaurants as I'm Platinum and usually have breakfast in the lounge. The lounge itself was fine and served a variety of breakfast foods. The nighttime snacks were a bit scant -- but hey, it's free so can't complain on that! Lastly -- there is a Westin directly across the wide parking lot so if you need to stay in Buckhead and want to be walkable to the mall both will do just fine. JW Marriott though is the only of the two actually connected to the mall whereas the Westin is in the outside of the parking lot.

My husband took me here as a suprise for my birthday. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The service was great. The pool was the best that I have every seen very secluded and romantic. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton before and this was on the same level as that, but a little less expensive. The parking was a little expensive. Overall, WONDERFUL PROPERTY. I can't wait to go back.

Je suis descendu ici pour assister à une remise de diplôme d’université, le personnel a été d’un grand secours pour m’indiquer les directions et la chambre était très belle. Je suis arrivé tôt le matin, vers 7 heures, et j’ai pu avoir une chambre très tôt. Ils m’ont remis, ainsi qu’à ma famille, des tickets pour bénéficier du buffet gratuit du petit déjeuner. Je reviendrais ici les yeux fermés.
